PRIVACY POLICY

This document defines the Privacy Policy of participation at the Event (referred to as the Policy in the following text) by end users (referred to as the User in the following text).

 

„Cookies“

The Platform does not use cookies for its work. The Platform enables the Organizer to integrate with external services such as Google Analytics, Facebook Login, etc., whereby cookies can be used for their own internal needs. The Organizer is not responsible for the information collected from the User by external services.

 

Data insight

The User has the ability to inspect personal data through a user profile at any timewithin the Platform. The User can change personal information until the deadline expires. After the expiration of the deadline, the User will not be able to change certain data, such as the first and last name and the name of the company which it belongs to.

 

The right to forget

The User has the right to sign out of the Platform, as soon as all the previously collected personal data is deleted from it. Unsubscribing from the Platform is possible until the moment a financial transaction has been made to the Organizer in the form of ticket purchase. The User is logged out of the Platform using the offered option as part of the user profile.

 

Data access by the Organizer

The Organizer has full access to all User data that he/she has entered during registration or subsequently through the user profile. In addition, the Organizerhas full insight into all User interactions through the Platform, which include assessments, interactions via the internal social network, questions asked, etc. The Organizer may also include the e-mail address of the User in the newsletter list. The Organizer restricted access to the Platform only to employees with whom it has a binding agreement on the protection of personal data and business secrets.

 

Access to information by sponsors

The Organizer may, under certain circumstances, make a limited amount of User Personal Information (contact information) available to sponsors.

 

Access to information by the Author

At the request of the Organizer, in order to eliminate difficulties in the operation of the Platform, the Author may access the User's data in exceptional situations. The Author remains obliged to keep the data access to a minimum and to keep it strictly confidential.

 

Collection of promotional materials

The Organizer may make photographs, audio or video materials during theEvent, on which User can be captured too. The Organizer may use the materials collected for promotional purposes without restriction.

 

Server logs

The Author of the Platform may include enhanced network traffic logging in exceptional circumstances, which may result in the logging of the User's IP address information. The collected information will be used by the Author solely for diagnostic purposes and will not be made available to the Organizer or to third parties. Obligation to accept the Policy

Acceptance of the Policy is a form of digital contract between the User and the Organizer. By accepting the Policy, the User agrees to the Data Processing Organizer as explained in the Policy.

 

Modification of the Policy

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Policy at any time, and will not be held responsible for the consequences that may be caused by such changes. The Organizer will publish the updated Policy on the Portal, which then enters into force.

 

The entry into force

The Policy is effective from 01.07.2024.
